This Underage Policy is provided by APPORIA MOBILE LP, a limited partnership incorporated in England (Suite 6053, 128 Aldersgate Street, Barbican, London EC1A 4AE, England), and CONSTELLION GROUP LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus (Peiraios 30, 1st floor, Flat/Office 1, Strovolos, 2023 Nicosia, Cyprus), which together operate the LovMia platform and are jointly referred to as "Lovmia," "we," "our," or "us".
Lovmia is fully committed to ensuring that the LovMia platform is accessed and used only by individuals who meet the applicable legal age requirements. The platform includes AI-generated adult content accessible to registered users only. Users must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in their country of residence if higher, to access or use the Services.
By registering for or using the Services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction. We are absolutely committed to ensuring that no AI-generated content on the platform resembles, depicts, or exploits the likeness of minors in any way.
Access to the Services is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over. During the registration process, users are presented with an age confirmation step and must affirmatively confirm that they satisfy the minimum age requirement before accessing any content. A clear notice informs users that providing false age information constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination.
Where required by applicable law, regulation, the requirements of our payment partners, or our own internal risk assessments, we may apply additional age or identity verification measures. Depending on the user's location, this may include verification via trusted third-party providers, such as government-issued identity document checks, facial recognition, biometric verification, or other approved methods.
Verification requirements may differ by region and will be updated as regulatory standards develop. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for all content generated by AI companions through your interactions on the platform, including text, images, audio, and video outputs. AI companions respond based on the conversations you initiate and the parameters you set. Lovmia does not control or endorse AI-generated outputs, and you acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for your interactions and for the content they produce.
You must ensure that your use of the platform complies at all times with applicable laws, our Terms of Service, and this Policy. In particular, you must not attempt to generate any content that depicts, resembles, or could be interpreted as involving a minor in any context. We draw your attention specifically to our Prohibited Content Policy, which strictly forbids any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, and any AI-generated content bearing any resemblance to a minor.
We place the highest priority on the safety and protection of minors. While conversations between users and AI companions are treated as private, we have implemented automated content moderation systems — including proprietary filtering technology — to detect and prevent violations of this Policy and our Prohibited Content Policy.
Where our systems identify content that may breach these standards, we reserve the right to carry out a manual review and take appropriate action, which may include immediate content removal and permanent account termination. We continuously refine our moderation systems to keep pace with emerging risks.
Any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be in breach of this Policy will be removed from the platform promptly and without prior notice to the user.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user found to be engaged in, or reasonably suspected of engaging in, conduct that violates this Policy. Where we identify content that constitutes or may constitute child sexual abuse material or other illegal content involving minors, we will report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities and, where applicable, to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) or equivalent body in the relevant jurisdiction.
